Greenworks
Greenworks 40V Chainsaw Gen II 30cm Kit
Battery, compatible battery platform
Overview
The Greenworks G40CS30II is the compact option in the brand's 40V chainsaw range. Its 30cm bar and 2.6kg net weight keep it easier to reposition around garden timber than the larger 35–40cm models. Chain speed is 4.2m/s, with tool-free tensioning and a 200ml automatic-oiling reservoir simplifying routine maintenance. The underlying saw is sold in both tool-only and battery-kit forms, so BGM keeps those bundle prices separate.

- Routine garden branches and smaller logs for buyers wanting a complete 40V kit with a compact 30cm bar.

Best Garden Match Assessment
This chainsaw is best suited to Routine garden branches and smaller logs for buyers wanting a complete 40V kit with a compact 30cm bar..
It performs strongly in areas like compact 30cm bar and low 2.6kg net weight.
You should consider an alternative if slower 4.2m/s chain speed than greenworks' larger brushless saws or not intended for regularly large logs would be a problem for your situation.
