EGO
EGO CS1200E 30cm Top-Handle Chainsaw
Battery, compatible battery platform
Overview
The EGO CS1200E is a specialist top-handle chainsaw for professional tree care rather than a conventional garden saw. Its 30cm bar and 20m/s chain speed are packaged in a compact 3.5kg body, with mechanical/electronic chain braking and automatic oiling. A major compatibility detail separates it from the rest of EGO's 56V range: EGO explicitly says the CS1200E should only be used with the 2.5Ah ARC Lithium battery. That makes it highly focused on balance and climbing work rather than maximum battery capacity.
Best For
- Qualified arborists doing climbing and in-tree pruning where compact balance and low tool weight are essential.
